These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases and use of this website and the products and services offered through it (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or otherwise have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use this website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or payment systems.
2. PRODUCTS
We may sell Pokémon Trading Card Game products and other collectible products, including but not limited to:
Single cards
Graded cards
Sealed products
Booster packs and boxes
Collection boxes
Tins
Accessories
Vintage products
Preorders
Other TCG-related merchandise
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed.
3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Collectible and trading-card market values can change rapidly. Prices may therefore be changed at any time before an order is completed.
A change in market value after a purchase does not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, price adjustment, or cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, inventory, or listing errors. If an obvious error affects an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue the appropriate refund.
4. CARD CONDITION
Raw trading cards may be described using condition categories such as:
NM — Near Mint
LP — Lightly Played
MP — Moderately Played
HP — Heavily Played
DMG — Damaged
Condition assessments are made in good faith but involve a degree of judgment.
Customers should carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, condition information, and disclosed defects before purchasing.
Minor differences of opinion regarding condition do not automatically establish that an item was incorrectly described.
5. GRADING DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that a raw card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett/BGS, TAG, or another grading or authentication company.
Any statement concerning a card's condition is not a guarantee of a future numerical grade.
Third-party grading companies make their own independent determinations. We are not responsible for grading results, population changes, grading standards, upcharges, turnaround times, or changes in market value resulting from grading.
6. GRADED CARDS
Any graded card sold by the Store will be identified by the grading company and grade shown or described in the listing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing photographs and listing information before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the grade assigned by the third-party grading company is not a grade issued or guaranteed by the Store.
7. AUTHENTICITY
We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify and describe products offered for sale.
If a customer has a legitimate concern regarding authenticity, the customer should contact us promptly and provide supporting information.
Knowingly making a false counterfeit or authenticity claim in an attempt to retain merchandise while obtaining a refund may be treated as suspected fraud.
8. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons including:
Suspected fraud
Payment failure
Inventory errors
Pricing errors
Duplicate transactions
Incorrect product information
Shipping restrictions
Violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because collectible prices can fluctuate, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If an order has already entered processing, packing, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be available.
Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
10. SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur outside our control.
Customers should promptly contact us if tracking information indicates an issue with delivery.
11. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers should notify us promptly if an order appears lost or arrives damaged.
We may require photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and merchandise to investigate a damage claim.
Claims involving carrier loss or damage may require cooperation with the applicable shipping carrier or insurance provider.
We will handle shipping claims in accordance with applicable law and the shipping or insurance coverage associated with the order.
12. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Where shipping insurance is offered, customers may have the option to purchase additional coverage.
The terms, exclusions, documentation requirements, and reimbursement limits of the applicable carrier or insurance provider may apply.
13. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable listing or a separate Return Policy, trading cards and collectible products may have limited return eligibility because of their condition-sensitive and market-sensitive nature.
Items must not be altered, damaged, opened, switched, resealed, or otherwise materially changed after delivery in order to qualify for a return where returns are permitted.
Sealed products that have been opened are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
14. SEALED PRODUCTS
Factory-sealed products may occasionally contain manufacturing defects, damaged cards, missing contents, unusual pull rates, or other factory-related issues.
We do not manufacture Pokémon TCG products and cannot guarantee the contents, card quality, pull rates, or value contained inside factory-sealed products.
Where appropriate, manufacturing issues may need to be addressed with the manufacturer.
15. RANDOM PRODUCTS & PULL RATES
Purchasing a booster pack, booster box, mystery product, or other randomized product does not guarantee that the customer will receive a specific card, rarity, value, or return on the purchase price.
Trading-card products involve randomized contents unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. PREORDERS
Preorder products are purchased before their expected release or availability date.
Release dates and shipment dates may change because of manufacturers, distributors, carriers, allocations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Placing a preorder reserves the applicable product subject to availability and our stated preorder policy.
Any special cancellation or refund restrictions applying to preorders will be disclosed before purchase.
17. PRODUCT IMAGES
Images may be either photographs of the exact product or representative images depending on the listing.
For individual raw or graded cards, the listing should be reviewed to determine whether the photographed card is the exact card being purchased.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, monitors, and device settings.
18. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact us regarding legitimate order problems so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legitimately disputable transaction.
However, knowingly submitting false information, falsely claiming non-delivery, falsely claiming an item was unauthorized, substituting merchandise, or attempting to retain merchandise while improperly recovering payment may constitute fraud.
We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, communications, photographs, acceptance of these Terms, and other relevant transaction evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties when responding to a dispute or suspected fraud.
19. FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and security purposes.
We may request reasonable verification before fulfilling an order when a transaction presents elevated fraud indicators.
Orders reasonably suspected of fraud may be delayed, rejected, or canceled.
20. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
21. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or purchase limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error, subject to applicable law.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original website content owned by the Store, including original logos, graphics, photographs, written material, branding, and website design elements, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without permission.
Pokémon and related names, characters, logos, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Store is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
23. MARKET VALUE DISCLAIMER
Trading cards and collectibles can increase or decrease significantly in value.
Past prices, market trends, grading results, rarity, or sales history do not guarantee future value.
Nothing provided by the Store should be interpreted as financial or investment advice.
Customers assume responsibility for their purchasing and collecting decisions.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
25. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent conduct, or material violation of these Terms.
